I bought 40 lbs of tart cherries from azure standard last month. 10 lbs made 5 quarts of delicious tart cherry pie filling. I’m not opposed to turning them all into pie filling, but I’m curious about other options also. Has anyone seen any other recipes for tart cherries?

Three gallons of the prettiest broth I’ve ever made. I bought a huge roaster and it really made better broth than boiling in the stock pot with much less effort.
