I know a long time ago I heard the original and I can't find it and only find this (someone copied or edited this like slowed edition)

I haven’t heard this song in probably 10 years, but it suddenly popped up in my mind and I can’t figure out what song this is, it has little vocals like ooh ooh and continues instrument, not the best description but should be close enough for someone to figure it out (I hope!). Lyrics (roughly): Ooh ooh (And some sort of instrument) Other info: I think it could be arabic song.
