For context: 27m, 95-100k annual (incl. performance bonus hence the variance), PR for 2 years but planing to settle down in SG (my partner is Singaporean).

Here’s a breakdown of my current portfolio:

High yield savings a/c: 70k (holding more cash because i only have 2 years of CPF. Planning to BTO in SG within next 3 years.)

DBS FD: 20k (i maxed out the FD limit)

S&P 500 stocks: 50k

CSPX/VWRA: 50k (i know it’s very US-heavy. Planning to just focus on VWRA in future.)

There’s so many other avenues to invest i feel kinda loss. REITS, T-bills, Banks, Gold, top up CPF etc. What would you guys recommend i do? Planning to hold less cash.
