Our team generates great AI content but it dies the moment it leaves our tools (i will not promote)

We've been using Claude and ChatGPT heavily for client deliverables (interactive reports, visual proposals, mini dashboards). The quality is genuinely good.

The problem is what happens next. The file gets attached to an email or dropped in Slack. The client opens it on their phone, nothing works, they ask for a PDF. We export it, it loses all interactivity, and nobody knows who even opened it.

We're essentially printing our most interactive work the moment it leaves the building.

Has anyone solved this cleanly, either with a tool or a workflow change? Not looking for a dev-heavy solution, this needs to work for non-technical teammates.

We're printing interactive AI outputs as PDFs and losing everything that made them valuable

Something I've noticed in teams using Claude or ChatGPT to generate client-facing content: the generation is fast and the output is impressive. The distribution workflow hasn't caught up.

A teammate builds an interactive dashboard or visual report in 10 minutes. Then it gets exported as PDF, sent via Slack, and the client receives a flat screenshot of something that was supposed to be clickable.

The irony is that the AI part works. The sharing infrastructure around it is still 2015.

Curious if anyone has run into this and what the fix looked like from a growth/ops perspective.

How do you share ChatGPT Canvas outputs or custom GPT interfaces with clients?

I keep building useful things with ChatGPT (interactive reports, mini dashboards, visual tools) but the delivery step is where everything falls apart.

What I've tried:

  • Share the ChatGPT link → requires an account, not client-friendly
  • Export and send the HTML file → clients don't know what to do with it
  • Screenshot/Loom → loses all interactivity
  • Deploy to Vercel/Netlify → 10 minutes I don't have, plus cleanup hell

The part that kills me most: client asks for one small change after the demo. Re-running the whole prompt just to fix a number feels insane.

How are you handling the last mile of actually delivering this stuff to non-technical people?

Does a marketplace exist between n8n makers and non-technical end users?

Hey Makers,

Does a platform exist where n8n makers can publish their workflows and non-technical users can subscribe to get the output without setting up n8n themselves?

Looking for something like a marketplace between workflow builders and end users.
