Always at Costco
Ok first time I have had an interaction like this and I'm still irritated.
Me(33M) and son (3) go to Costco to get some items for the week this morning. We pass a mom pulling and pushing 2 carts with two kids with her, a baby like 9 months give or take sitting in the front cart and a 6? year old maybe helping push the back cart. Kid can't see over the cart to know where mom is leading him and their cart bump into boomers' cart. Dude loses it and yells at the kid "What the hell are you doing?" I am just like no way he just yelled at this kid. And I will give a single iota of grace to the man because his arm is in a sling and having had a broken foot, I know the feeling of having it bumped while it should be healing. But he doesn't apologize or anything. My son and I see this, so I yell, "It was an accident how about you don't cuss at a child." Boomer doesn't like that tells me that "He needs to not run into his cart." I say, "Cool, don't cuss it's a child". As he's trying to get louder, I proceed to get even louder, because I'll be damned if this old fuck is gunna think he's in the right leaving this store. I turn away as the person doing samples says that we need to all calm down.
