EV Charging rates

Just wondering what people's experiences are with EV charging stations in apartment complexes.

My building is charging $1.50 per hour and given the charging rate never tops out more than 3kw that's $6 a day in round figures if I max out.

Prior to moving here recently, I owned my own home and charged nightly at 9 cents per kilowatt hour so that's a big adjustment.

I'm very curious what the rate is in other residential complexes

Thanks

Bike shop recommendation

Looking for an independent bike shop with a good reputation. Happy to receive your suggestions.

I don't have a fancy bike, just a good Giant Cypress that needs a tune-up for the summer season.

Thanks in advance

I have my feet treated/examined every 6 to 8 weeks and with my upcoming move to Stratford, I'm looking for recommendations of local clinics.

Looking forward to any recommendations you can offer and the rationale behind them

Thank you

I will be moving to Stratford this coming June and will be looking for an insurance broker to help me secure apartment and vehicle insurance. I much prefer working with local owned businesses and would appreciate hearing recommendations on local agencies.

Let me reinforce that I'm specifically looking for a broker not an agent as I expect my unique circumstances to be considered when speaking with different insurance providers.

Thanks

I'm wondering what to expect in terms of requests for viewings? Our condo townhome in Orleans has been listed for 3 weeks but we've only had six viewings; two of those were at an open house.

The feedback we've had has all been very positive. Two have commented that it was beautiful but didn't suit their needs (too small for a larger family and too many stairs for an older couple). Two others specifically said they were very interested but we've heard nothing back. The other two left no feedback of any kind.

Comments have mentioned that it's a beautiful home with great features and an amazing location. Our agent assures us that there is nothing of any concern at all. (the agent is somebody I've known personally for close to 20 years and he is not the type to blow smoke).

Two houses just down the street have recently sold and we reduced our original asking price by $7,000 based on what they sold for so it seems we are competitive with the comps.

The waiting is very frustrating and we're trying to get a sense of what to expect in terms of the frequency of people coming to see the unit. We've been here for 33 years so have no idea what the market activity is like.

Thanks
