Im a founder myself, and for a long time I tried to "solve" validation the wrong way.

I built way too many projects thinking the problem was execution, features, or marketing/distribution but in reality I just never had real proof anyone actually wanted them.

validation only happens through real conversations and real selling (even before building)

since then I’ve been able to validate ideas faster and kill them early when there’s nothing there

and honestly, that saves way more time than building another dead project

Ive seen a lot of posts like "launched but no users"

honestly… most of this isn’t a marketing problem but that there’s no real validation behind the idea

so I’ve been running a small 7-day thing with a few founders where we:

talk to actual users (not friends)

track real signals (not vibes)

and force a decision at the end

basically by day 7 you either have proof people want it

or you kill it and move on

no dashboards, or AI wrapping, ACTUAL conversations and signals

if you’re in that phase (built something or about to),

drop it here or DM me

happy to take a look, be brutally honest, and help through the process
