Woke up not knowing where I was
I (27 f) woke up last night and when I got up I literally had no idea where I was. I looked around and couldn’t recognize anything and walked around my house looking around trying to figure out where I was for a minute or so. I was running through where I could be in my head. Was I at my sisters house, where am I? And then I laid back down when I realized I’m at my house.
I don’t drink and didn’t take any sleeping pills or melatonin. For back ground I just got home from being on vacation Friday after being at my sisters for a couple weeks, I also had a really heavy period the past few days, and have been feeling nauseous with some headaches. I had been feeling kind of weird this past few days, and emotional but chalked it up to my period.
Has this ever happened to anyone? It really freaked me out that I was completely disoriented. It was bizarre and has never happened before. Is this something to just monitor, or should I go to the doctor?
