I (21F) have always had paranormal experiences since I can remember and apparently even before then.
My first encounter (that I dont remember) was when I was a baby. My parents where driving the car in the middle of nowhere and my brother and I where in the back seat. My parents said they kept hearing knocking on the window in the back seat near me and assumed it was my brother. My dad was getting annoyed so he told my brother to stop and he claimed it wasn't him, still to this day.
One of the first encounters I remember was hearing someone walking down the stairs almost every night at the first house I lived in. My brother mentioned it to my dad multiple times. Obviously my dad didnt believe us. Then my mom got pregnant with my sister and my dad got sick once and had to sleep in the guest bedroom which was near the stairs. He heard it and started to believe us but that house was super haunted to begin with and just had bad vibes over all. There was apparently a meth lab in the basement before we moved in.
We moved out of that house when I was still pretty little but even when we moved to the house that I mainly grew up in I still was dealing with these kinds of things. I would hear someone walking by my room constantly in the middle of the night and would go look. Nobody. Sometimes I would hear a tapping on the door and got to check. Nobody. Id ask everyone in the house, every time the answer was no. I would hear knocking or tapping on my door when shower, especially when I was home alone. I would hear my name lightly, very rarely but it happened a few times. I would ask my family if they called for me and they said they didnt.
Then I moved out for college. My last apartment with roommates, we had lots of activity. My roommates dog would be shaking, barking and growling at nothing. We were once sitting on the couch and my roommates door, which was not fully closed because it would get stuck before fully closing but it needed a good amount of force to open it even when it was stuck, but one night it opened fully then closed and then started swing back and forth like 6 times before stopping. That ghost also drank a shot once. We poured a shot and it moved a bit so we left and the next day it was fully gone.
Now in a new apartment with a different roommate. I left a project plugged in which I use for my paintings and it will turn on randomly, specifically if im watching a video on the TV specifically about ghosts and it ends or I change it. When im home alone ill hear steps downstairs or upstairs and the door opening and closing weather im upstairs or downstairs. (we live in a small townhouse and the door has bells on it for my dog, also i dont think my dog senses anything because he is a little oblivious).
These or this entity doesnt feel evil, it more feels playful. Am I attracting these kinds of spirits or do I have a personal one?
