i live in Cologne Germany and I couldn't miss the opportunity to see BBno€ live! My GF is a huge fan and I have to admit I became one too not long ago.

My problem: one ticket arrived, the other did not. The people at Eventim/FanSale or even UPS for not delivering in time are not answering my screams of help.

What can I do? How can I reach the NoMoney himself? I'm struggling hard, it's starting at 8pm (1,5 hours)
