Haven’t read the book for a while now but just came to wonder: has anyone watched the entirety of MASH and has an in depth analysis or even interpretation/thoughts of the segments in IJ to offer?
I have never watched the series and I have mostly understood the portray of obsessions over MASH as just another reflection of the novels main themes (another fraction of the Sierpinski triangle if you will), but I was wondering less about the function of the series as just another object to obsess over and more about the content of MASH and how that relates to the novel, especially the mentioned episodes etc., because I feel I might have missed out there on some fun stuff.
This probably could’ve been expressed more clearly, but perhaps you get where I’m coming from or at least where I’m heading at :)
