Hello, I was offered two positions as a school social worker. One through a public school district and one through a RESD. The RESD offered me about 10k more than the public school but I think I would prefer the public school position more. Would it be acceptable to ask the public school to match my salary offer? I’m a recent grad and haven’t done this before, any advice appreciated!
