I saw this video of a traditional wooden barrel being tapped and something confused me.

The barrel clearly gets moved/rolled into place, then the tap is hammered in, and the beer pours crystal clear immediately.

From what I understand about naturally conditioned beer, if you move the container you’d normally expect yeast or sediment to get stirred up, making the beer hazy. In all these type of clips the beer seems to be crystal clear
