5’10-107 lbs-19 y/o
Hello I am 19 years old and I’ve been skinny my entire life. I have recently started working out and went from 112 lbs to 107. I can’t really stomach food more than once a day. If I eat during breakfast I can’t eat until 10pm-1am at night. I have tried shakes but can’t even finish more than one a day. I wanted to gain weight and I looked up my caloric intake and it says I need enough calories to be 5% of my weight every day. Is there anything I can do to help. The only advice I’ve ever gotten from anybody is just to “eat more.”
Edit: my goal weight is 160 lbs
