What the hell is going on in Jayanagar? Every three months the prices of apartments go up by 30-40 lacs. Looking for apartments but the asking price is ridiculous, have delayed it since 2 years and it’s nearly doubled. Asked once recently and they mentioned it’s 5cr for a 2200 sqft. When is this going to end??

Anybody selling a flat here for a realistic number?
