(West Palm Beach, FL, USA) So somebody posted on a social media app about an event a local school attended (I can link the post if you'd like), but the poster clearly posted it with ill intent to bully/harass the school and the minors involved with it/the event. The comment section is full of bullying and harassment as well. Posting this here to know if I can make a case out of this, or just to send a case to the account. I already reached out to a Law Firm, but they can't help because it's out of their specialty. I have messaged the person asking them to remove the post, but I doubt they will. Any help is greatly appreciated, as this is affecting many people.
(I would have it under the liens of Bullying/Harassment of Minors, Mental Distress/Damage)
