First go at low and slow smoking so wanted to start small and build up.

Half rack of ribs from local farm shop.

Smoked no wrap at 250F. 4 hours total cook time.

Quite enjoyed them for my first go but wish I’d got the full rack!

Our local Aldi had this in stock yesterday so grabbed one ahead of the rush. No actual kamados yet.

I’ve measured the diameter for anyone who was looking to pick one up. I have a Lidl kamado reserved and I imagine this should fit it given it’s quoted 40cm cooking surface?

Going to try for an Aldi kamado anyway as my GF’s parents have asked for the Lidl if I don’t get one in store. See how we go.
