Obviously lots of us have been laid off (myself included) and the market is brutal. I have a phone screening for a role without comp listed. It would be about an 18.2% pay cut for bas pay and that doesn’t include what sounds like a big cut for benefits for including going from 100% vested in a 401k to a 5 year vesting schedule. Dont want to say no to any opportunity but I have good experience and a masters degree with loan debt, so it’s tough! I’ve also gotten almost no traction since my start in March (been unemployed since May with notice starting in March).
