TL; DR: Old guy history and bike rebuild

I've been on/off bikes for most of my life, bought my first Buell Blast to retrain myself 20 years ago, then to Suzuki Boulevard M50, then a CBR1000RR (turned out to be a title washed bike and got my money back), then a Harley Soft tail Slim, and late 2024 I went back to my roots with an '09 R1. Bike had some minor issues from previous owner's lack of TLC, then one random morning I went down at low speeds, and that's when I learned I had a bad tire pressure gauge. Soon after, I discovered an issue with the sprockets and chain, then the rear wheel bearings. Finally got him fixed up and back on the streets.
