MCU Shutdown error please help (Neptune 4 MAX)

So I'm still (relatively) new to 3D printing, and on my first large print (A helmet, ~3 days of printing), I came in about 1 day before it was finished, but it just stopped printing, and it had this error on the screen.

So i took the half-printed helmet off and decided to do a smaller 20-minute test print, which printed out completely fine.

Thinking that the problem was a one-time occurrence, I then set the helmet to print once again; however, once again, it had an error, though it was a different error than the first time, and it happened only about 5 hours after starting this time..

I'm unsure what to do because, from what I've searched, I haven't found any threads or posts of people talking about this issue. If somebody could direct me to a thread where this was solved, or offer a solution, I would be very thankful!

Also (Unrelated), does anybody have tips for producing (semi) smooth surfaces where supports were? Or is that something that I'll just have to sand regardless?
