for client calls, do you care more about live transcripts or cleaner notes after
i do a lot of client calls and i keep going back and forth on what actually matters more
live transcription sounds great in theory, especially if people talk fast or switch languages. but in practice i usually care more about what happens after the call. scope changes, decisions, follow-ups, stuff i need to turn into an email or next step without re-listening to everything
that’s why i’m less interested in transcript quality by itself and more interested in whether the notes are actually usable once the call is over
for people doing real client work, what has mattered more for you: seeing the transcript during the call or having cleaner notes afterward
