2 days ago my Vivaldi email was working fine. Then all of a sudden it was locked- on my phone and webmail from my laptop. Just all of a sudden I was asked to enter my password when accessing from my phone. I know I was entering it correctly. Emailed supported that afternoon and again yesterday morning. I've only received the automated response. How hard is it to unlock an account? I'm missing time-sensitive emails. Is there another way to contact support other than sending a message through the website? Do they have live chat or a phone number?

I'm on browser version 8.1.4087.62.
