Hello, I wanted to do a Omakase meal for my wife's 30th. Looking for recs. Trying to find a place that is upscale and ideally specializes in Omakase seatings.

So far my options are:

• Rebel Omakase $350 a seat
• Omakase by Gino no seatings availble
• Hana Re : unknown if available $250/seat (I think?)
• Kuramoto : Available, $220/seat I think?
• Naisho Omakse : one reservation available one day after birthday, $100/seat
• TAIKUN. Available $290/seat

(prices are before tax/grat/drinks)

Some of those are a little more budget friendly, If I have to spend $300 a seat I will, but ideally I can keep it more in the $100-$200 range. Anyone have any exerience with any of these spots and can provide some reco's? Thanks in advance.
