My past experience with printers is that they sometimes start acting up after system updates, especially with scanning or network printing suddenly not working. I’d like to avoid that kind of frustration going forward.

Do modern laser printers generally stay stable over time, or is it still common for updates to break features like scanning or wireless printing? I’m mainly looking for something dependable long term. Thanks
