Sorry if this is a dumb question, I cooked a chocolate cake and let it cool down completely. It’s almost completely cooked except for one small patch where the texture is a little bit gummy ish. It isn’t completely liquid, just not as firm as the rest of the cake. Is it completely unsafe to eat?
