I've been applying for internships for the last 4 months and got only 3 or 4 interviews. I would appreciate any feedback on my resume🙏.

I transferred from a community college to Virginia Tech for electrical engineering, and honestly I didn’t realize how important internships were until I got here. Back at there nobody really talked about them that much, and since I’m still kinda new to the whole US system, I focused mostly on grades and classes.
Now I’m seeing people with multiple internships already, projects, networking, referrals, etc., and I’m stressing a bit because I still haven’t gotten one. I’ve been applying a lot lately but it’s pretty late already for this summer.
How hard is it to get a full-time engineering job without an internship? Be honest 😭
Would delaying graduation one semester just to secure an internship be worth it, or is it still possible to make it without one if I keep building projects and skills?
Would appreciate advice from people who were in a similar situation.
