What’s your first thoughts?

The things I see here are scary.

I have had PF for over 2 years now and have not figured anything out. I work 10-12 hours a day in construction, and my current insole support is nonexistent. I have extremely flat feet and $100 to spend. Any recommendations?

Also, shoe recommendations for flat feet would be a plus if possible.

Looking for something over the counter, to be exact. I have extreme flat feet and my PF really hurts in the heel the mid section of both feet.
I have about $100 to spend. also any shoe recommendations?
