USCIS Homeland Defender offer rescinded?
Applied to the October/November announcement (somewhere around there), had everything done, background check interview done. I got a TJO and a EOD date the first week of April. After a few weeks I emailed to ask for an update on when I’ll be going to SC for the schoolhouse. The HR lady said she needed my SF50, sent it to her immediately. The next morning I woke up to an email saying my job offer was rescinded. I emailed and asked what happened and if it was my background or anything on my side that made them rescind my job offer, they just said that’s all the information they had. Haven’t heard anything since.
I’m confused, it can’t be my background because I got my TJO and EOD after my background cleared. So could it have been my SF50? Is that a thing? Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I just this goddamn lucky?
