When the T-800 was rebuffed from seeing Sarah Connor at the police station, why did it announce to the policeman at the reception that it "would be back"? Even if obviously the sudden extreme violence of the Terminators return wasn't anticipated, wouldn't it have been better from a tactical standpoint for it not to imply that it would return? What was the benefit of the Terminator saying that? Watsonian answers only, please. (No "because it sounded cool" or "because it's a movie", please.)
