Is there a way to add a ball valve onto this gas line to the stove?

I’m looking to replace an old gas stove and one of the requirements from Home Depot is that there should be a gas shut off directly behind the stove. I’m looking to DIY and put a valve there but there isn’t enough room to twist one on with the wall in the way. Are there any other solution for this? TIA

Battle between opening up the middle vs pruning stems too early

Zone 7a. Pictured here is a Endless summer original planted spring 2025. Had a pretty brutal winter. Appears not to be leafing out from buds at the top. The center of the plant (where it is leafing out from old and new stems) seems to be too crowded and is affecting new leaf growth. Question is should I try to go in and clean up the middle of the plant for better airflow and circulation? TIA
