Hi,

My mom recently passed away and one of her favorite places was balboa island. I know that we need to be 3 miles off shore to spread ashes at sea. We have a very small viewing party, 6-8 people. So we don’t need any extra services really just a boat. Can anybody recommend any charter companies or places on land to reduce costs?
