Niche over slope

Doing this shower myself and wanted to learn mitering tile. I was very focused on that and am very happy with the results so far. Unfortunately, I didnt really pay attention to exactly how much slope the bottom of the niche had. I did slope it out so water drains out but I think I did it too much. It's got about a 1/4" of slope over the 3 1/2". Its not super noticeable when empty but when bottles are on it you can definitely tell its leaning forward.

I guess my question is is it worth it to chip out and re-do. I think it might bother me forever but I also might just get over it. The motor was dry before I even noticed. I only have a few hours a week to work on this project so re-doing that section will basically set me back a week.

The tiles are kind of a hand made look so they are very inconsistent which you can see on the mitered ends but overall it fits with the whole lool I think. The bottom niche is just a leg shaving step so im not worried about that one.

STR financing Michigan

Looking for financing for a lake house in Michigan. Plan would be to use it ourselves a few times a year and rent it out the rest of the time. Is dscr the best option? Can we use it ourselves if we go that route?

Is a second home mortgage an option? Is there a better loan im not aware of?
