A bit of a situation

Hello,

If this isn't the correct subreddit, please let me know.

I am a renter in Wales. Been living in current house for almost 15 yrs. Landlords have been pushing me to buy the house off them for several months.

I don't want it, I've told them i can't afford it every time, remained polite amd friendly.

They're offering to give the money for the deposit.

I can't get a mortgage, can't afford any of the related fees like duty stamps amd other charges and i can't afford the annual upkeep/maintenance.

They insist, push non-stop. Weekly messages like, if we pay deposit? If we do this or that? I continuously, politely decline their offers, they said they'd sell to someone who'd keep me as tenant, the person wasn't interested.

On top of it, the house needs extensive repairs to the kitchen roof, main roof, i pointed out the issues, ingress etc... 3 times, over the past 5-6 yrs.

I'm resisting their pushes but they're starting to stress me.

I have turned to family who are more than happy to help me get a new place to live (deposit help so there's no delay, i pay it back when/if i get my bond back from current home.

I need advice on what to do, how to approach them yet again because their latest message is telling to apply to a specific mortgage website.
