There is a lot of panic right now about USCIS policy memo PM-602-0199, so I wanted to share some concrete steps we can take instead of getting stuck in anxiety.

One thing that actually moves policy attention in practice is coordinated constituent pressure. We’ve seen this before in other immigration-related changes (including the H1B 100k fees).
