In this timeline, British colonial efforts in North America (mostly the East Coast) fails more due to failed settlements, harsher frontier conditions, and Native Resistance restricting them to having city state sized colonies while the settler governments in the British East Coast colonies are much more dependent to mainland Great Britain, similarly to the government systems of New Spain and New France which avoids the British settlers to have more freedom to conquer. These conditions pushes the British to shift towards diplomacy, trade networks, and alliances with Native Polities.

Due to the British East Coast colonies being restricted on the coastal areas, the British relies on Haudenosaunee cooperation, forming a mutual alliance centered on trading, diplomacy, and frontier stability in exchange of giving the Haudenosaunee goods and weapons.

This map takes place before the French and Indian War started.
