I have no idea how to interpret OSCAR data help?
I went through a really stressful time a few weeks ago, woke up gasping, terrible insomnia. I had a sleep study done a few weeks ago, and a trial Lowenstein CPAP device, while i wait for the results. I have been experimenting with wearing the device and not wearing the device, and have been sleeping much better with and without it (getting off Vyvanse helped hugely).
I have also been having weekly meetings with a sleep technician, who rented out the device (note, she is not a sleep doctor, more like a nurse who knows much more than me and tinkers with the settings).
About a week ago I didn't wear the CPAP and my sleep watch said I had an 'excellent' sleep, for the first time ever (Samsung Fit3), and I know watches are notoriously shit, but it got me thinking if I should stick with the CPAP till I get my sleep study results, or just raw-dog the sleep and snore a little.
I am a 37 yo, healthy weight male, so I guess I am struggling a bit with the potential future of a life with a CPAP. I am also a scientist, so like to dive into the data, but am struggling to understand the OSCAR outputs, so I have uploaded a representative example from last night (I know, one night is not data).
Tips?
