Any ideas on how to repurpose this?

Hi all, I’m wondering if you can help me figure out where I could find someone who would want to buy this dollhouse. I posted it on craigslist and had nibbles, but I don’t think I’m reaching the dollhouse community. My daughter suggested I come over here and I’m really enjoying seeing everyone’s work! Any suggestions? It’s a great house with all the parts and those of you who are experts know the HOFCO name I’m sure. I purchased as is maybe 15 years ago but never got around to making it and it’s been collecting dust in my basement along with a few other houses and a lot of furniture.😅 we are in No. Va.
