Hi. I’ve been working as an RDH for about a year. The office I work in is doing reviews for everyone. I totally get that a sit down and talk about progress of all team members would be normal. My question is I was given a 3 page packet with 17 questions. Not yes or no questions. But ones with 1-3 examples. They gave me this form 2 days before the meeting. Like I said I’m not against self reflection, but when I clock out of work I don’t bring anything home with me. I feel like I’m doing homework from hygiene school again. Has anyone experienced this? Is this normal from a dental office?
