[Lease Takeover] Unbeatable Deal in the Loop
Hi everyone! I'm moving out of Chicago soon and looking for someone to take over my part of the lease in a 3bed/3bath (2,100 sq ft) right in the middle of the loop. You'll be living with two clean and respectful male roommates.
Available: July 27th, 2026 - Feb 22nd, 2027
Location: 25 W Randolph St (Marquee at Block 37)
Rent: $1.7k/month (+ $70 utilities/month)
Amenities: In-unit laundry, penthouse views, gym on top floor, 1-minute walk from red and blue CTA lines
I technically pay $2.2k for the lease, but I'm willing to subsidize the difference. The apartment comes with fully furnished bedroom, kitchen, and living room.
