Tiktok data and google searches

This is a bit of a complicated story, but I will try and make it as clear as possible.
Someone I know has been victim to an online stalker for some time and through various clues we figured some time ago who was behind it all (99% confidence). As part of trying to understand all of this, we searched for the Tiktok handle of the main account they use in Google to see what would come up. The first suggested result was the Tiktok account belonging to someone else, known to the victim. Multiple people tried replicating the same search and got the same result each time. Obviously alarm bells there, but we really don't think this person is behind the account themselves, but it still implies some kind of digital connection between them.
What I want to understand are the factors which could have led to this other persons account coming up in a Google search, and I hoped there might be people on here who could help unpick this.
