Heya, Im an undergrad in mechanical engineering working on my final project.

I need to find a fluid that answers all of the requirements here:

1. cheap and accessible (my lab does have a good budget but still)
2. a good dielectric, both high dielectric strength and dielectric constant
3. dont want it to be flammable in case of dielectric breakdown
4. have relatively low viscosity (lower than water preferably)

Any help would be much appreciated!
