Betty was the woman who was in the limousine crash with her friends and ended up with permanent brain damage that meant her memory would reset every 30 seconds. Does anyone else ever wonder what her life was like after she left the hospital? I have always felt so bad for her character because she wouldn't be able to be independent anymore.
