Reddit won't let me post on fitness so I'm gonna post it here. I had a wrist injury back in November which left it permanently stiffened. I can no longer bend it at a 90 degree angle. Every time I try to lift it cracks and pops and really starts to hurt. This has been an ongoing problem. It's made lifting and exercises like pushups/pull-ups extremely hard, I've gotten extremely skinny. Doctors say to keep stretching it but it won't budge. Surgery will make it more stiff so I want to avoid that. What do I do about this? I don't want to injure it more than it already is.
