Hi! I got a hot dog at the halal truck right next to 3 dollar bill. They charged me almost $200 to my credit card. Does anyone have any recommendations for how to proceed?

I disputed it with my bank but don’t have an itemized receipt or even know how much they charge for a hot dog.

Also wondering if anyone is in the area and sees if that food truck is open. In which case, I’ll go over and speak to them.
