Hii, I wanna crack factorio (ofc I wouldn't if I was in a better position with money), from what i know factorio is both windows and linux native. I downloaded it already from ankergames (Direct download) but it only has the .exe, I want to play the linux native part

Yeah i know I may be complicating things, this is 50% out of curiosity and 50% because i actually want to know how to play games on linux (not via proton/wine) that are native on both linux and windows

Now my question is: Where can i download the linux native part? Is there a specific site im missing or can i make my own execution file for linux? And if so how do i do it?

Soooo…to start off i have been banned but honestly it wasn’t a unwarranted.

However, to clarify, I didnt cheat, i clicked a link which led to someone taking my steam account and google account (i got like 5 different notifications at the same time on my phone, and i had 2FA on every single account i had like discord, google and steam had about max security, etc.) for maybe like 3 hours, i took my accounts back, got back inside the game to play and boom it said gamebanned.

I knew why and how and I was shocked the guy managed, of all games I have, to cheat in RUST and get me banned within 2-3 hours.

I got like 20 different emails in chinese at the time emails as proof and some other stuff.

I was mostly a PvE player, when i first started playing the fame there was this one guy who taught me how to play and everything.

Ever since the day I first joined that server I never stopped playing on it

I have over 500h on the game and its been almost 580 days since the ban.

Every now and then my heart literally aches and sometimes I submit a ticket to facepunch to stop sucking eac off (sorry for bad language, cant describe it differently) and ask for support or something

Lately I’ve been trying to self host and play solo but i cant do even that, even if i run rustclient.exe (rust without eac or something apparently) and it still says gamebanned when I try to connect to my own dedicated server.

Summary or something:

I have tried to appeal to Facepunch like 8 different times the last 580 days, but nothing.

Also I have tried to appeal to eac twice, got rejected both times and was scared to appeal a 3rd time

Now a question:

do I have any hope? I am ready to buy the game again if i wont get autobanned or something.

Its like you have your best friends that went to another country permanently but you cant go to or with them because you are forbidden entrance there and dont have enough money for the ticked either

The sole reason I posted this is because I read that if this is your only ban or something you can get unbanned.

I made a new account ~7 months after the ban and bought the game just to try and see if I got unbanned and understand my situation better. I only remember that I couldnt join any server on the other account, forgot what the console said.

This has been my one and only ban i have ever gotten on my steam account, and the only time I have ever cheated in my life was back in 2013 on a laptop in minecraft on a cracked server (where everyone had killaura and reach) because I couldnt afford minecraft as a kid

2. CPU: Intel core i5 10400f

3. GPU: Radeon RX 6600XT

4. Proton Version: Proton GE, Proton Experimental, wine GE, wine 11.0

5. Game Launcher: Lutris, Steam, Proton, Wine

6. OS: Fedora Linux 44 (KDE Plasma Desktop Edition) x86_64

My problem is that I want to run a "singleplayer" local server, only for me from my PC (the same one I will be playing Rust from), which I eventually managed to do, BUT the problem is Rust. I can't get it going no matter what I tried. I downloaded Rust from Ankergames (Direct download) version B 24614784.

I tried wine, proton, Lutris and some other things.
One time it says it can't load Bundles from Bundles or something
I change the way I launch it
Then it says it failed to connect to steam and asks if Steam is opened
Again I change the way I launch it and it opens Rust for a bit until a window opens with Rust logo picture with a loading bar and returns an error

Its complicated for me since I got on linux maybe a month or two ago so I'm still pretty new to linux. ATP I am considering using another crack or something...

Also I have seen some people recommending Rusticaland but idk really.. is it even safe?

So here I am asking for someone with knowledge to help me if possible, thanks.

Also if I need to change even the distro I would do it depending on a few things.
