Hawkes & Sterling stamped. Also Sterling 1 stamped. 12 x 14 outer edge. Middle frame almost 8x10. The backing is felt covered metal. The inner frame is attached to 4 screws that go through the glass. It’s VERY heavy. I can’t find anything similar online. I can’t find any makers mark. What do I have?
