Calorie intake
Hi all. I’ve been ok keto for two weeks now. I want to lose 11 pounds, but primarily the reason why keto is to balance my hormones. I feel great, more energy. I love to eat meat so keto is perfect for me. But the problem is that my appetite is huge and I don’t think I will be able to lose those 11 pounds because keto food is high in calories and I LOVE to eat. I probably eat around 2000 calories in a day, and I should strict myself to 1400 and exercise, or 1200 and not exercise. Any tips to lower the appetite and for losing weight on keto?
