Quitting during or after orientation?

Hello,

I recently finished my first week of orientation, but then I found out I got accepted to another hospital that was actually my top choice. I honestly never thought I would get in.

Now I’m thinking about quitting my current hospital, but I’m worried it might look bad on my resume. I’m not expecting to work for this hospital system again in the future, but I guess you never know.

Would it be better to quit now, or should I wait until I finish orientation?
