Hi! Happy FOJ. You guys have helped me before and I’m looking for some recommendations again.

I know how to make some basic meals. Salmon/veggies/chicken/pasta but I don’t really know the art of cooking and the science behind it. I was never really taught cooking growing up and I’ve tried to self teach on YouTube but I’ve struggled with getting it right.

With more talk around food/healthy lifestyle, I’d love to learn about making more homemade meals (I have a young daughter) and just cooking in general.

I’ve done some classes at sur La table but I definitely I feel like I need more individualized attention so I was wondering are there more intimate cooking classes or someone that can come to the home and help teach? Thanks in advance :)
