Sorry if this is not allowed, but seeing how so many people post ads of stories they get tempted by in this subreddit, figured I might try posting my warning here!
I have a good job and so I am thus able to pay for the content I consume. I like trashy romance novels. I don’t mind signing up to apps and paying to read at all. I signed up to vibe novel for a book I saw an ad for. Read it, it was meh. Tried reading a few others, but all were meh at best and just plain bad at worst.
So within the same day, I tried to cancel my subscription. It said it would process my cancellation within 24 hours. Okay. That was a week ago. I keep trying to cancel or see if payment method can be changed. I tried emailing. Putting in requests with the developers. Nothing. Got charged again. I had to call my bank to take action. I didn’t even care about the money already taken, just want it to not do it again. Hopefully this works but who freaking knows…
All this, and the stories it had weren’t even decent omg. Learn from my mistakes. Don’t subscribe to VibeNovel or anything from yueyouhk
